All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Our goal is your total satisfaction.
If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within the return period and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. It’s that simple. You must have a return authorization code in order to return items. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to, excessive wear, scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the Cable Wrangler. Cable Wrangler brand Bungee Ball cords are non-refundable and not returnable. Returned Cable Wrangler must also include all original packaging, manuals, and warranty or your return may be subject to a return handling charge or a minimum 15% re-stocking fee for returns that are not in original brand new condition. Items with excessive wear or damage may be subject to a disqualification at our discretion. Your refund will be promptly processed when we have confirmed that your returned item meets these requirements.
Abuse of Return Privileges
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with a defective Cable Wrangler. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
